After a bit of search on this forum, I managed to code the feature back! Credits to Trojanlaw for sharing the info. Now they are under "Seat and armrest heating" rather than "Climate control rules" but the functionality are exactly the same and I have it for all four seats (it detects if a person is sitting there too)!

This is fantastic, thank you! I think I have most of this coded up via bimmercode including rules for my ventilated front seats. Its too cold to check if those rules are working but my steering wheel heat rules appear to be working, but its not kicking on my seat heating settings based on the same rules. I think this potentially needs a different value, any ideas would be helpful! Thanks!
