Let me guess, another X1, just bigger, typical new BMW design now fully converted to the Audi lazy approach, X is the design and the digit is for the size.
For god sake they even have the same dash board cross all cars now, even when jumping from X cars to the 5, 7 and the so called new GT 6 series, and what make it even less appealing is the volume of BMW sold, frankly here in Ireland a ford Mondeo looks more refreshing and exiting. Time to move to Alfa's and Jags I guess. |

I’m not sure what you’re complaining about, “same sausage different lengths” has been BMWs design for many decades.

Definitely wasn't during the Bangle era, each car was completely different from the rest of the lineup, especially in exterior design.

Looks very very promising. Slower body flare design similar to Q7, CX9, etc which help enhance driving dynamics. Very glad to see an exciting new vehicle from BMW.
For those that don't like 22", go for 20s :

I'm quite certain the 22's will at best be optional. Even the X3 M40i has the 21's optional. |

Still can’t bring myself to like the 7 or the 6. The three German brands are locked into designing cars with strong family resemblances, to reassure buyers shopping for brand and not a specific product. They may occasionally change the family design language but that’s all.

If new to BMW, you ok in not understanding my point, going to Alfa's is more in the context of triggering some excitement in my motoring life. I don't fancy jumping at weekend in our family car X5 and not realising it is not my everyday 5 series.
Having the same exterior cross all cars is simply not on, but having interiors the same cross all cars, is a simply a lazy commercial driven way with only one rules in practice "volume". I was into BMW for many years for the very opposite of this. I look at spied future cars like the next X5 and I am almost certain the what's coming around the corner, just look at the X3 and X1, X2 ..Oh yes wait and see the X7 for an XXL option.... |

You have any sources, or making opinions into facts?
