Don't you get black/unpainted calipers if you don't get the M Sport package (or whatever it's called), but if you get towing you get unpainted M sport calipers? Something like that?

Painted silver, or just a bare aluminum? If bare aluminum they'll be blackish after a few thousand miles of brake dust with the amount these bad boys dust :P

Side note, gold/bronze calipers on dark green look amazing.

Bare. OP is getting an M60i so MSport brakes are standard.
