I missed this program by a week last year, due to the amount of submissions received. This program is only for Texas residents with the '24 X5 50e registered in the state of Texas.

Good luck!! I think the website said there were only 2,000 grants, so I wouldn't wait too long.

Just joined and LOVE my new 50e. I submitted my application about a minute after receiving the email notice the new program was open. I followed up later to get a status on my application. They replied "it might take from 60-90 days, or a bit more" to get notified if you've been accepted for the rebate. Weird.

Noice! I was really bummed I missed out on it last year.

Hope you get it, that chunk of change can go towards a lvl 2 charger and installation cost, if you don't have one installed.
