DanG wroteSeems this may be the norm for a while…Just saw that the list prices of Omega watches has just gone up again. US tariffs on Swiss watches seems to have effected the list prices.
DanG wroteI checked it out last month when I was on Vegas and I really liked the lug design. It wore well. What do people think of the new 42mm Plant Ocean? I am entries by the black dial with the blus bezel. It is thinner than Seamaster 300M.
I always liked Omega and love my Nekton Seamaster but just not wearing it enough so I'll probably sell it and put it towards the new car or some new golf clubs.

BeefyBeefo wroteI saw one as well a month or so ago and tried it on. Really really nice piece! If you’re looking for a new diver, probably one of the top choices out there!I checked it out last month when I was on Vegas and I really liked the lug design. It wore well.

DanG wroteI think Bond did wear the Rolex sub in the first couple/few films of the franchise. In the book he wears a Rolex sub! The Omega partnership only started in 1995 with GoldenEye.I watched a Bond movie today and was surprised to see 007 wearing a Rolex. Several close up shots of the watch. Must have be a sub because he turned the bezel to activate a laser.
PCar2Bcar wroteI have the same watch. Love it also. I am wearing it right now.I had a black speedmaster and sold it and regretted for awhile. Picked up this one recently and I'm over the moon (pun intended)
The hunt continues. I've had an itch for a new piece and want to stick with Omega again (or possibly Tudor) instead of Rolex because I spend a lot of time in SF and LA and don't feel like getting robbed
Looking at black lacquer dial AT (new gen because of the bracelet), no wave blue Seamaster 300M (previous gen), or really inching towards the top of the list is a mechanical Peter Blake which I'm negotiating on one right now
If I went Rolex it would be a black or blue dial DJ fluted bezel or a black dial Explorer II but am I the only one who just can't really get excited about the way a Rolex looks but keeps wanting one due to value retention and quality?
I also need to walk into a boutique and try on some Tudors, they seem to wear pretty large for the most part and the Pelagos 39 may feel "cheap" being titanium
