This past weekend for me, some Remy.
Bourbon preferences: Elmer T. Lee, Willet, Blanton's, Basil Hayden, Four Roses Cask, Jefferson's Reserve, and others......I love Bourbon.
Tequila: Casamigos (anejo) and Tequila Ocho are my favs.

I always drank mine with ice as well. We are such heathens.
Myself I like the Aberlour 12 yo scotch as well.
Sinfully chilled with ice.

My favorite is Redbreast Irish Whiskey though.

TXSTYLE wroteYou need to level up and grab some ice molds so you can have 1 solid cube of ice instead of freezer driblets! I picked up some silicone molds for xmas from the fam and it makes me feel fancy as F just to watch the bourbon pour over that round, beautiful ice mold.Had some of that too.

*edit* I thought you mint the nylon cubes that freeze. I also have the large square molds as well. Ice machine is so convenient.
