So here's current offer on the table I have. Is this a good deal or am I being screwed.

Total MSRP $78,402
Dealer Discount $2,900
Loyalty Credit $1,000
BMWFS Credit $2,000
USAA $500

Final Price $72,002

I would say it is about average, it is a 3.7% discount off MSRP (3-5% seems average), the Credits do not come out of the dealers pocket, so dealer is making about 3k on the deal give or take 500 as I am not sure how the USAA deal works, not sure if it is expected to come out of the dealer portion or not.

Is the 2k a credit only for a purchase or does it also apply to leases?

That is an apr credit, so only for purchasing and financing through bmwfs

Anyone leasing? How are the numbers looking?

I just placed an order for an M-Sport 40i and plan to buy/finance through BMWFS. Are the $1000 loyalty credit and the $2000 BMFS "APR Credit" two different things? I've been offered the loyalty credit but not the APR Credit. Is that available through all dealers? Anything I need to do to get it other than just ask? Thanks.

I'm interested in this too. I was told $1,000 loyalty credit if I'm leasing through BMWFS, and $2,000 if I'm financing with BMWFS, but that they cannot be combined.

Loyalty Credit is either and doesn't say it can't be combined, APR credit specifically says it can be combined unless specifically stated it can;'t be, so they should be able to be combined.

In order to qualify for the BMW X5 Loyalty Credit, loyal current or former BMW owners or lessees must show proof of ownership or BMW Financial Services NA, LLC account number and qualify for credit approval. Qualified customers will receive a $1,000 Loyalty Credit toward a 2018 or 2019 BMW X5 Leased or Financed through BMW Financial Services NA, LLC by no later than December 2nd, 2018. $1,000 Loyalty Credit to be applied to the selling price of the new 2018 or 2019 BMW X5. Must take vehicle delivery by December 2nd, 2018. All new Lease and Retail contracts are subject to credit approval; not all customers will qualify.

APR Credit is buying only

$2,000 APR Credit is a credit against the MSRP of the loan on a X5 xDrive40i. All credits offset MSRP. APR and credits valid through December 02, 2018. Credits may be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Not great, the money factor reflects the rise in interest rates which is 4.37% now on BMW leases, makes a big difference. Interest rates are expected to keep rising. They can lower the money factor (they are basically a bank) if it doesn't sell well to move cars but generally it goes up and down with interest rates.

Get the biggest discount on MSRP you can or wait to see if BMW offers any deals on this model.

Do you need to finance through USAA to get the discount? How do you prove USAA, just show them your card?

JGoodell - For USAA go to USAA website, services, car buying. It'll generates a form you take to the dealer.

I am in the process of ordering a 2019 X5 50i, custom built, the final price of it comes to 93825, they are giving me discounts and rebates totaling $4000, so the final sales price would be 89825. I can only get these rebates of $4000 if I use BMW financing which they are giving me a APR rate of 2.89% over 60 months. Is this a fair deal?

I'm in the process of ordering my X5 40i. Looking at ~7.5% off MSRP before incentives. Dealer will give me the $1,000 loyalty credit, and I'll also get $1,000 from BMW CCA. 3 year lease, 10k miles/yr...base rate of .00182, MF of 59%. Seems like a good deal.

7.5% off blows away the 3% off I received a few weeks ago.

That is about as good as it gets for a deal!

FYI to anyone else looking for more incentives - the $1000 from BMWCCA used to require you to be a member for a year previous to the purchase, but now you can buy a 3 year membership (which is about 120 bucks) and you can qualify for the $1000 rebate, so everyone who has not joined the club, do it before you order and you can save another grand (or if you just ordered you have 15 days post purchase to join and qualify) https://www.bmwcca.org/rebate-update

What does equate to when it comes to leasing cost? How much was your MSRP?

I'm looking at one that is $70,880 X5 40i M-Sport so would love to have that lease number to determine expectations...

I was able to get about 10% off including loyalty on a 73k
