AlexFL wroteDrank for free for years playing pool against people. For some reason people won’t play for $5 but will play for drinks...so I’d order $10-$20 drinks.I was semi-pro in 8-ball.

1claire wroteI used to enjoy both...until I took them in college for credits. The volleyball coach was some sort of olympics drill coach washout, and she had us do nothing but drills the entire semester. We seriously never even played the game once! She also taught badminton, and at least we had a chance to play a few games in the last two classes of that semester.....I enjoy playing volleyball and badminton back then.
Still play soccer 3-4 times a week in a pickup game where the age range is 16 to old. Knees are starting to complain - loudly.
Sophomore yr of HS - Senior year played rugby & won 3 State Championships (we were state champs 5 years in a row). Sadly that rugby program no longer exists. Fantastic sport and I miss it.
My senior year I helped coach the 1st women's team & my little sister (she was a freshman). She went on to play through college and now plays for the Nashville Women's Team.
Played basketball from 5th grade, soccer off and on; had to stop playing basketball after too many ankle injuries.
I play pickleball now
As an adult I trained and got a Black Belt in TKD, and orange in Aikido and took Krav Maga for a couple of years.
Now I'm 35 and occasionally play if someone asks me nicely.
