I played Football, Basketball, Baseball in junior high school. Football and Baseball in high school (Football until after my sophomore year, Baseball through out high school). I was being scouted for college and professionally through my junior year of high school but that ended with a serious eye injury the summer between my junior and senior year. I did play my senior year but as a shell of what I had played before the eye injury. One careless moment Memorial Day 1982 changed the course of my life. I would love to have a crystal ball and just one time see what might have been had I not injured my eye.

I took up snowboarding starting in my 30's because i hadn't yet destroyed my wrists apparently. Did my ankles and knees in skateboarding so it was a natural progression...

Was into martial arts when I was younger. Then tennis, started playing golf a couple of years ago. Been wanting to get back into tennis for some time but have been recovering from some injuries.

Started with baseball as a small kid and was heavily into it. Got to middle school and wrestling took over. Stuck with wrestling into high school and junior college. While in high school I also dabbled in track and field, cross country, and football. Nowadays I'm into Jiu-Jitsu and running.

I'm so sorry.. a sad story about a dream that didn't come true.. For some reason I remembered the movie "17 Again" with Zac Efron.
Thanks! However, I wouldn't have become who I am and experienced all the fortunate things I have from my wife, my kids and so many other things had things been different. I don't regret what happened. Just curious whether I actually had talent or if it was more in my own head. C'est La Vie

Pretty much played them all. The ones I excelled at were down hill skiing, and baseball.

Made varsity baseball in my freshman year of high-school. We won division one (1978) in my senior year. Holyoke High (Massachusetts). Go purple knights.

Today. Still love to ski. Love achery and white water kayaking in the warmer months... nothing to crazy though:)

Played competitive soccer and tennis till age 18. Then after that realised I'm not good enough to turn pro so decided to settle down for the quiet life

I wanted to share a bit about my background and my current interests. As a kid, I spent 7 years training in wrestling, but I had to stop due to an injury. Now, I’m looking to switch gears and get into swimming. I'm excited about this new direction and would love any tips or advice from those who have experience with swimming. Thanks!

HS BB and FB. Played with Alton Lee Grizzard. After HS, Alton Lee went to USNA, where he broke most of Staubach's records.

Sailed in college. We were ranked 8th. After I left, ranked 1 + AA sailor. Lol. I love the water. Miss it.

Baseball as a kid which is a bit odd for an Australian kid. Early mid early life mountain biking and off track multiple day hiking. Now 55 an the kids are almost capable of being self sufficient, getting into mountaineering and maybe skiing.

Turning into 61. Snowboarding still my favor sport to do in the winter. How about summer time? Tracking with my beloved BMW and club driving all over the province.
