orangetiger wroteBeautiful setting.Wanted to share these pics taken in Gyeongju recently. That's the oldest city in Korea. Their cherry blossoms were blooming everywhere, it was so pretty! The pink flowers were beautiful. Apparently, hanami, or flower viewing, is a big tradition there in spring. Jinny, my local guide from https://gowithguide.com/korea/seoul/guides suggested checking it out and I'm really glad I did. We walked around the parks and historical sites with blossoms all around - it was relaxing.
If any of you ever get the chance to visit this part of Korea, you should definitely go during cherry blossom season. The trees make for such pretty pictures. You can find more info on places to see in Gyeongju at this website too https://thesoulofseoul.net/gyeongju-korea-guide/.
