Last picture is the before. I obviously swapped my bigger wheels on as well.
Sorry for the sideways shots. Is there a way to rotate them?
Looks great at the lowest setting. I don't think the settling on mine was as dramatic as some other spring sets i've installed in the past. Which i think is a great thing as it says the springs are doing what they are supposed to.
NYCX5M50i wroteHere are some photos of The MSS Urban coils with H&R spacers. I think the suspension will settle a little more. These are set as low as the springs will go. Wasn't looking to slam it. I will say it rides just as smooth if not smoother than factory springs.

NYCX5M50i wroteI was LITERALLY about to buy these a few mnts ago but if I can’t lower it .5-.75 than in your pictures I may IGA rto go the KW V3 route, also what exhaust is that? Here are some photos of The MSS Urban coils with H&R spacers. Kobe4Ever wroteKeep in mind that this is maybe an hour after installing springs and about 20 miles of driving. They should settle in and drop another half inch from what I understand. The things rides incredibly smooth, responsive etc. Im impressed so far.I was LITERALLY about to buy these a few mnts ago but if I can’t lower it .5-.75 than in your pictures I may IGA rto go the KW V3 route, also what exhaust is that?
The exhaust is just tips. There's a thread on here with all the info. They made the whole truck look so much ore aggressive from the rear.
NYCX5M50i wroteThanks for the feedback, I’m more interested in increased handling so I’m thinking of giving the H&R Springs and try and if I don’t like them I’ll bight the bullet and do the 3800$ (price+installed) Commitment to coilovers. Just hate to spend that on a car that was only about 71k…Keep in mind that this is maybe an hour after installing springs and about 20 miles of driving. Kobe4Ever wrote$3,800??? for what? Thanks for the feedback, I’m more interested in increased handling so I’m thinking of giving the H&R Springs and try and if I don’t like them I’ll bight the bullet and do the 3800$ (price+installed) Commitment to coilovers. NYCX5M50i wroteTo buy the KWV3 coilovers and then have them installed- $3100 price- 5-700$ install- Not worried if you know a guy who can do it in one hour or something like that, many of the shops around here are in that price range for a coilover install. But yes, it’s an absurd amount of money, at least to me.$3,800??? for what?
Tekhunter wroteSorry to see this- did you measure before and after? Can you tell a difference in the ride and handling? 4 fingers is a huge gap, definitely not what should exist after installing them.Mine does not even look like they dropped the car at all and I had mine installed today. I have driven it 50 miles and I can still put 4 fingers between the tire and the finder. I'm very disappointed that I spent money on something that absolutely did not work. Unless I'm missing something. Has anyone else experienced this? I will post pictures tomorrow.
Tekhunter wroteYou have MSS coil overs? Mine has settled more and sits perfectly now. I have mine on the lowest setting . Car rides smoother than it did with the factory springs and handles like a slot car. NYCX5M50i wroteI just installed MSS springs on my X5 x40i about two weeks ago and only dropped .16. Sales rep said after 500 miles it should settle to the advertised drop of 1-1.5. Do you believe after you put some miles on the springs this was accomplished? You have MSS coil overs? Mine has settled more and sits perfectly now. I have mine on the lowest setting .
