Speedmaster always been cool. Just saw on YouTube a pretty knowledgeable gy say after Patek's and Rolex the Omega (Speedmaster) is a smart buy at holding value a really GREAT piece. And I thought a JLC would have been higher rated than Omega but as an investment maybe not so.
Bumpinjeep wroteLongines is just a tier below Omega under the Swatch umbrella, but can say it punches above its weight as far as fit, finish, quality of materials and features. Their Zulu GMT watch is very nice too.Really depends on price. If you're more budget oriented, I would recommend Oris, great brand with a rich history and they make great watches. If you can spend a bit more and you're looking at chronographs, you can go with Zenith, Rolex, and of course Omega. Tudor actually makes some really good looking chronograph watches as well.
