Sometimes I go with chocolate protein powder or cookies & cream. Can also chuck mixture in freezer to solidify more if you like harder ice cream. Very good.
Drop the hammer wroteWhen I’m craving sweets: one frozen banana, 1.25 scoops of vanilla ice cream Diesel protein powder, 4 ice cubes, splash of almond milk, 1/4 tsp of powdered Xantham gum. Blend. Like soft serve ice cream! Eat it from the blender.

Agave nectar
Monk fruit sweetener
Oats
Peanut Butter
Pumpkin
Bananas
A couple scoops of protein powder
Cocoa (unsweetened)
A bit of milk
Honey
Once this is all mixed up using your food processor or blender,
Pour into a cake tin
Add wild blueberries (frozen is fine) to the top
I dust the top with cinnamon and use honey first before adding blueberries.
Add to the top 1/3 of your oven @ 350 for 30 mins -
