They new cupholders won’t work until you have your car coded. One of the updates erased the coding and my coder only charged me 50%. The last two updates did not delete the coding on my 26 M60i.

Toretto wroteA coder can still code the “VO” to LCI’s adding that option. Sometimes an update from BMW will reset that and you need it to get coded again. I have a 26M60i and only one of the 3 updates reset my VO in which my coder did it again for 1/2 price. I love having this option, and can’t believe BMW dropped it from USA cars, but left it for the X7.It was said that coding in our LCI was not possible our of BMW. Do you know how he did it?

A question:
Is there a way to bypass the LIN and run this system off a 12V signal? I have a cool box in my land cruiser to tap into the cooling duct.
I have some question.
First, within the details there are 2 options mentioned to be VO coded to the car. But i think only 44A needs to be added correct?
My car is a pfl 2021.
I was looking for the light cable yellow/green. But I saw some one used the 58g wire from the 12v socket. Its a different wire but i gues the correct one to use?
Because i attached pin 2 to the yellow/green wire but no lights!
Also, I get a K_lin_22 error from the bdc. It is connected to position 53 and to pin 4.
But I think the problem is the 442 option thats also coded.
Could Some one assist me?
