They’re cool, however not for me. It’s a really expensive Swatch, and a very cheap Omega.

Uranus.
It's beautiful in summer.

Great strap on that one, too!

Bought an Earth in Lyon, FR and a Pluto in Covent Garden London, UK.

I like the earth one, a lot. And they are just fun novelty watches, to me.

A new swatch store opened in LA (topanga mall - the valley).

Went today, and Neptune is *still* extremely scarce…

Not all a lost cause, as I picked up Venus for my girlfriend.

I got the Neptune through a colleagues friend today. I have a Seamaster but for some reason I thought this would be fun to wear while driving the M2 which has blue stitching and this is a Motorsport style watch. I know, I sound crazy.

I’m still searching to buy a Neptune in person!! Now that a swatch store opened relatively close to Los Angeles I may have a chance …

I did bite the bullet and order a “Moonshine Gold” version on StockX. The premium wasn’t too bad (~$75 before taxes and fees). I got the Cold Moon (December) version.

Last couple of shots are iPhone photos through a magnifying glass.

Nice pickup on the Moonshine Gold. Originally I was just planning on getting the Neptune only cuz I like blue watches but I’m coming out to LA next week so I may visit that swatch store you mentioned if they announce the Snoopy drop by then.

Thanks! Here are some macro photos I took with my Nikon!

Absolutely recommend checking out the Swatch boutique. It's a bit outside of LA, in Topanga, but it's a "flagship" store. They have had all versions in stock aside from Neptune on most days (Neptune is the only one I'm still chasing...) They also have a good selection of the Scuba (Blancpain) watches.

My understanding is there is no Snoopy drop, but that it was a reference to the 11 "box sets" that are being auctioned for charity by Sotheby's:

I visited the Swatch store over the weekend. They have a collection of these for $275 euros each.

Yes, that is what they are retailing for, and it would make sense that these would be sold in the Swatch store.

Only certain Swatch stores around the world actually sell them, though. And there are still limited quantities on certain models.

EDIT: The Swatch stores also would not have any of the "moonshine gold" models, or any other limited models, as those were one-day only releases, which can now really only be found on the secondary market (like StockX, eBay, etc. ... although there are plenty of fakes out there.)

Anybody get a Snoopy? I stood in line in Tampa but got shut out. About 30 minutes after opening they announced to the crowd they were out. Apparently they had 15-20 and allowed a line of roughly 100 to form without saying a thing.

Not yet. It wasn’t a one-day only limited release, and honestly not my favorite (although the moonphase is a cool complication). Still chasing a Neptune! haha

My store did say just keep calling as they expect more. Problem is I’m 45 minutes away and woke up early to get in line. Felt like a let down for a new store that just came online 2 weeks prior. I did buy the Uranus and Mars so I was happy to get those at retail!

I'm in a similar boat - store is quite a ways away, and I really can only go on weekends...

Congrats on Mars and Uranus!

I had the Pluto. Liked it but didn’t wear it too much. Sold it within a few months to a friend for what I paid - list price from Swatch store.
The only thing I could have complained about was the crystal. If you even look at it wrong, it will scratch.

they are beautiful until you pick them up, i was really disappointed

I like this “Full Moon” version! I have the Pink Moon from April 2023.

I always liked the MoonSwatch but I do find myself choosing my other watches more often than not. It seems like these will damage easily.

They are definitely delicate... and the "crystal" scratches extremely easily... kinda just need to live with that (like how the original Speedmaster's hesalite crystal was very scratch prone)

After watching the market explode and then slowly come back to earth I finally had the chance to pick any of the original 9 at a Swatch Boutique in Germany while on a business trip. I chose the Mission to Mars as I thought the color combo was the most appropriate for the Swatch collaboration. I also really loved the Mercury style capsules on the sub registers. It's exactly what I expected for the price, a fun casual watch that will get a thumbs up from someone who knows what it is, and a interesting story for someone who doesn't.

I belong to a local watch club and a few other members have some and are fans. However the common thread is that the plastic crystals are very scratch prone. Just looking at them produces fine scratches.
