An update on these tires that I realize few care about….. I got 19,000 miles out of these before needing to be replaced. The rears were at 3mm and the fronts were at 4mm (if I remember correctly). I’m on adjustable lowering springs set all the way down with swapped out UCA’s.

Even with the Pilot Sports available now in an all season option I still decided to go with another set of these has I had zero issues with them.

My LCI 2025 X5MC:

Just installed the Arroyo’s for winter driving and on day 2. Tires need to “break in” for traction. Noticed big positive difference in “comfort” ride over road bumps versus the PS4’s. On the highway I feel a little less confident and I noticed a lot of “wiggle” when shifting the steering wheel right to left quickly. Not sure if the softer support sidewalls are the culprit but it definitely doesn’t feel as confident for cornering or sudden wheel movements. Granted it’s been one day and only 40 miles of highway driving. Hoping they “break in” and offer more solid highway/cornering performance.

If they don’t improve I may consider the more expensive and new PS4 All Season to compare. If anyone has done that I would love to hear their experience.

Paid a total of $700 for all four Arroyo Grand Sport A/S in OEM size for the X5MC. Shocked that Discount Tire charged $240 to swap tires from the PS4’s to Arroyo’s even though they balanced perfectly. They only charge $112.50 if the tires are bought from them or Tire Rack… hmmm.

Why not consider the Conti DW06+? Many satisfied users on here that have swapped. Also they'll be slightly "cheaper" than the A/S PS4s but def more than what you paid for they Arroyo.

Wanted to try those based on my research and they were not expensive to try out. Probably go with the newer PS4 AS for the all season duty but mostly the PS4’s for my southern VA climate.

I’m really interested in getting these tires. I have continentals on it right now and the noise is loud and the rolling distance is terrible. Are these actually worth buying or am I gonna be disappointed?

I've had mine on for 1-1/2 years, ~15,000 miles and no issues whatsoever including high speed, rain, snow, you name it... tread is still good

The Arroyo’s work well and handle the cold/snow/rain well. Only issue is the “wobble” with fast steering wheel inputs side-to-side. Sidewall is not as stiff thus the car sways noticeably more than with the PS4’s. Ride is softer and more compliant for winter driving - definitely not as jarring as the summer tires on rough surfaces. Mine are new but road noise is also lower than PS4’s.

Thank You

So I found these tires on line and my sister who owns an x6 40i with M Sport on 22 inch staggered wheels purchased a set. So far after 2000 miles she’s been extremely happy with overall performance and ride quality. For a fraction of the cost, I will put them on my X5 M60i once the OEM tires are ready to be replaced.

I have these on my X5M and am happy with them as A/S alternatives. They are generally quiet in cold temps, but as noted sidewall rigidity is lower than better tires. They are good for the money and a nice alternative.

Got a screw in an unrepairable spot of the sidewall on the Arroyo’s. Couldn’t get a replacement for 4 days. Next option were Michelin PS4 all seasons…..rears on back order. Didn’t know until searching that Goodyear F1’s now come in all seasons in OEM sizes. Being they were available next day I went with those. Been on them for a few weeks now am I’m pretty impressed.

No knock on the Arroyo’s just didn’t want to wait 4 days for a tire.
