A few Week ago i kept smelling oil in the cabin, i stopped using the car till i got to figuring out what was the issue ….Well the issue was FRONT DIFF TOOK A DUMP 🙄
Exactly 200 miles after warraty expired ! Just my luck right, tried to have it Goodwill’d at my local dealer …not a Chance , there went $5k out the window ($3000 front diff, $1200 labor, diff oils (both)& transfer Case oil , upgraded to X5M transmission oil pan (aluminum vs Plastic factory brings) and shes back to running like a dream.
i HIGHLY Suggest getting all your oils replaced regularly! Best way to avoid these lil set back
