There was an overall gain of 73 positions each this season during the races for both Nico Hulkenberg and Ollie Bearman 🤯

Autosport's amazing top 50 driver rankings.
Almost everyone knows I'm a Hulkenberg fan, but his 11th place really shows how biased the rankings are and how carelessly the authors treated them.
I can just imagine the thoughts of journalists covering series other than F1: "Well, I didn't pay much attention, but Hulk got his first career podium, and after a huge breakthrough, he even outscored his rookie teammate in points—what a great season!"
But in reality, Nico isn't even in the top 10 F1 drivers in many rankings, which is entirely fair due to his poor qualifying. He only made it to Q3 once this season, I think...
And you can nitpick a lot of points in the rankings like that.
Again, how do you compare Ogier and Verstappen? Palou and Kubica, or Hamlin?
AND WHAT THE HELL IS HAMILTON DOING IN THE TOP 50?! WHY IS HE ABOVE BERMAN?
