2025G0540i wroteI do have to agree, I ordered the gloss black X5 badge from another BMW parts website and it wasn't even the same font or size as the OEM, so I returned it and paid double from the one from IND and it is perfect. I didn't know that emblem existed but I'd probably not go down that road. I just lined up the template like I show on post #15 and it worked perfectly, I didn't focus on the specific measurements. The template made sure both sides were consistent and parallel to the body lines.
