I'm still having intermittent problems. Last 12 hours have been blocked from bimmerpost only -- every other website is OK. Have tried several different browsers without any change (normally use Firefox). Suddenly, inexplicably I can now access through VPN via Chicago. Stll cannot access straight through Starlink as I had been able to do for 2 years prior to last week. Problem still seems to be somewhere in Starlink and its DNS.

Same here. Home wifi is no longer working all out of the blue. Only 4G on phone. Really annoying

Yeah man, I thought it was my router's DNS settings and changed all kinds of shit to no effect. Then I went to the office today and had the same problem, only them I realized that it's not me, it's the site, so I decided to check the site feedback topic. Hope this van het fixed soon. apptest's user avatarapptest I DM'd you. Thanks ahead for looking into this.

Ya we are making refinements and improvements by the minute. If others are having any problems please post here
Was unable to access the site from early this AM to well, now, nearly 5pm. (CDST)

All other internet activity was fine with both my MacBook Air and my iPad. I don't use my iPhone for online work.

My internet provider is COX.

Effects are becoming more strange.
1. I can access bimmerpost with one Android tablet via Starlink, but only via VPN.
2. Cannot access bimmerpost with second OR third Android tablets with or without VPN.
3. Cannot access bimmerpost with Windows PC with or without VPN.

Still experiencing inconsistent behavior. Problem seems related to browsers (several I've tried) being unwilling to confirm secure connection status from whatever is going on between bimmerpost and my router. There is no way to override a non-secure connection -- it is what it is until it isn't. Sometimes (like right now) the VPN accepts bimmerpost connections, but other times won't.

Totally locked out for the last 5 days via Starlink with or without VPN. Access here is via public library internet. What is the problem?

Also having this problem recently only from home ISP is Starlink

Starlink seriously? You are on the isp known for bitcoin scammers and Nigerian princes and complain about getting blocked. Now you have to use a public library? Cant make this stuff up.

I saw spam is way down so I say keep doing whatever you are doing

I got the same issue here. I’m on a major Dutch ISP with a static(-ish) IPv4 address and can only reach the site by cellular. I’m a new user so can’t send PM’s yet, but would be great if I could get unblocked too.

EDIT: Seems my IP is whitelisted now, thank you. :cool!:

I seem to have my public ISP IP Address banned/blocked from the site. I can only access via my cell or vpn. Please advise?

Starlink just installed sw update 2025.05.08.cr55289 about 30 minutes ago and I am miraculously able to access bimmerpost for now.

I'm on Spectrum internet at home in Texas and I can't access at home. Only on my cell. I didn't realize this until I finally realized today that I only have issues at home.

Having the same issue through my provider in Australia.

Works on cellular ISP through Telstra however home service via Capti randomly is blocked week on week.

Provider has confirmed they believe the remote end ie Bimmerpost is rejecting the connections.

apptest's user avatarapptest let me know what u require from me to assist with this.

Thanks in advance

Myself and a few other Jamaican users have also been unable to access the website. I’m currently using a vpn and that’s the only way I’ve been able to access the website for a couple weeks now. I hope it’s ok if I send a DM as well

48 hours into the Starlink update, and all has been stable with access to bimmerpost.

Regarding post #32 above, I'm not aware of any concentration of scammers on Starlink, any more so than any other ISP. Most scammers access via multiple public sites to keep their IP addresses scrambled, or work through VPNs that scramble their IPs every few minutes. Any ISP can provide this, and a scammer's targets are everyone through any ISP. Starlink uses the same security filters that other ISPs use.
