I'm trying to replace one portion of the undercar splash guard. Most places you only see the main engine cover. But the only part I need to replace is the front driver side cover, or this part:

I've found it on a few different sites that all look exactly like this site, so probably using the same database. They all cost around $80, and shipping is $200-300. Seems nuts.
FCP Euro and other sites only have the engine cover.
Can anyone recommend a place to get this part that has a reasonable shipping cost? Should I ask a dealer or mechanic to try and order this part for me?
