What is the best place to sell a relatively inexpensive watch? I want to sell my "cheap" Citizen full lume dial Fugu, but don't want to put it on eBay because it requires me to link my bank account and some additional identification BS. Last time I sold something on eBay, I was able to use Paypal to receive money and none of this additional government ID verification.

Any recommendation would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Offer Up. Or watch forums, they should have Citizen forums. FB Marketplace. Non-automotive Classifieds on Bimmerpost and other car forums.

eBay is now using their managed payment system for sellers which really sucks. I also would be interested in an answer to your dilemma.

I've sold a few on Chrono24, the fees are much better than eBay. I'd never use FB Marketplace, it's a scary process to be meeting someone at a Starbucks or wherever plus handling payment for such an item.

I only meet inside a bank or Police Station for items of high value. Even when selling a car or watch, I'll only accept a cashier's check if it is issued by the bank in my presence.

I am as conservative as you and would only accept a cashiers check if it was done at a bank and I see it issued in front of me.
