Carplay Not Syncing

Anyone else's 2026 X5 xdrive 40i carplay not sync perfectly. Every other car I ever had the wireless carplay works amazing and when I'm at a light or waiting and watch videos or tiktok the sound and video match up but for only my 2026 x5 the sound is delayed so the video will play but the sound from the videos will be delay 1-5 seconds.

Very obviously when I doom scroll through tiktok and the sound is still on the previous or even worse 2 videos before.

Any quick and easy fixes?

Have you tried another phone to rule out it’s an issue with your phone?

Girlfriend’s phone also has the same problem.

I'm in your boat too.

My iPhone 16Pro and my wife's iPhone 15 Pro with both our BMWs 2025 x5 50e and 2024 M4 Convertible.

I believe it is an Apple issue. It began with one of the iOS 24.x updates. Before that CarPlay with a iPhone 16 Pro was flawless in my ‘26 X5
