Rear lights change to amber turning signals

Hi guys,
I am thinking to change rear lights on my X5 2024 to european specs light with amber turn signals and also add rear red fog lights. Anyone has experience with such change? Any advice where to by such lights (and price) and where to change those (and price)?

I saw early research by other fellows. It is not straightforward to replace European tail lights in US version. It needs additional module and wire hardness and ECU coding. It is not cost effective even if it is technically possible.
