Coolant Flush From Return Hose?

Looking to see if anyone has done a coolant flush from by removing the coolant return hose going into the reservoir tank and refiling the tank with new coolant while the engine is runing..

Thinking about doing this instead of draining the whole system and vaccum filling it. Would like to know if any users have done it this way before.

I think I saw someone doing this on an older x3. But to be honest the vacuum filling looks easier and more effective so I may go that route instead

Can anyone share what system they are using for filling the coolant? Looking for something that works at a good price point.
