Has anyone ever seen this before? Anyone ever called their bluff? Up to $30k off MSRP. This has to be a ploy to get people in the door right?

I think with the XM 30k discount/incentives is possible. Obviously it is to get young the door.

Agree with TB. Want to buy a XM or possibly a fully loaded 760i that's been on the lot for months and/or has been a demo and is being sold as new?
