Just FYI - Week 11 is March 9 - 15 since they use ISO weeks for production scheduling.

Welcome to the forum. Really can't tell anything from that email. More than likely though it means that you moved to Production Begins and a VIN was assigned. This does not mean the production has begun but rather that in addition to the VIN the parts have been ordered/allocated. This usually occurs about two weeks prior to your production date. Actual assembly takes about 4 hours and occurs on the production date. In order to find that you can use either the "F12" process or BimmerTrack assuming MyGarage is working.
