Again, the OBD2 device you are using for BC can ALSO be used for ANY software (like BU). BU's website wants you to think you need another one because they probably make money on you doing that. Lame.

All you need to do at this point is buy and download BU. Then figure out how to use it carefully on your tiny phone screen.

You'll then be able to code more stuff like the xOFFROAD pack, which is super cool. It'll make the $109 + tax feel more worth it.

Id advise that you ONLY use BU for the modules missing in BC. In other words, don't surf around looking in that app. It can be dangerous vs BC is intuitive and not really dangerous... Learn from my mistakes.

And after you get the newest version of BC, decode the DLS_VERBAUT back to not active.

You need to uninstall and reinstall that so you not only have the newest version but also so you force BC to install all of its support files. It downloads that on the first connect. THAT is how I saw all those additional matrix/antidazzle coding lines. You definitely will see an improvement.

I thought you said you cannot see any of the DLMB and MXB lines of coding in BDC using BC??? Those are crucial for getting the most light and best functionality.

Because you sure as hell don't wanna try to do that in BU.

Got a question FOR YOU this time. Do your low beams swivel with the steering wheel going like 10mph or so? Only my high beams swivel starting at about 32mph. I could've sworn my low beams swiveled before I messed up in BU the other day.

I can't figure out how to get them to swivel at neighborhood slow speeds again! Very useful for seeing people dressed in all-black walking their dog late at night.

They swivel perfectly fine with the DLS coded to Matrix when turning the wheel at any speed even in Park.

Weird, not mine no matter how I code dls_verbaut. It's gotta be a different line of coding or maybe because all that add'l coding with dlmb or mxb. I didn't have that stuff coded before updating BC. Oh well the advantages outweigh the low speed swiveling and the vehicle is being driven at road speeds a lot more than thru my neighborhood.

I guess BU does not work with my UniCarScan adapter as it’s always trying o get a connection and I told the app I was using an Adapter.. Bummer.

I use a wired obd connection for more reliability and speed. I can use any software with this one... Probably because it is wired.
