Just got my car back from service and they said the tie rods are corrorided and are not willing to warranty the tie rods. A bit confused as to why they would use material that corrodes. Anyone else run into the same problem?

My 2024 had a lot of problems and they replaced tie rods as a part of this service bulletin that I found from another’s post here and showed them

I had the same problem on my 2020. It was was so corroded it was seized. my shop had to bust out the blow torch to be able to turn the tie rod enough to get the alignment done. that one side took over an hour.
