Are the transporters marking these cars as delivered before they actually drop the cars off? Dealer porter said no transport trucks have arrived today.

Both the BMW App and BMW Genius say my ordered X5 has been delivered to the dealership (status 198) but the dealer says it hasn't arrived. The BMW genius also said it had the delivered time of this morning on it.
