If so, maybe some settings were reset, including the drivetrain learning.
Take it out for a few drives and see how it performs/behaves after several drives.

I have contacted them and Im going back next Friday when another part arrives so by then it will have a few hundred miles on.SIB 27 02 20 states that after the transfer case fluid change, there is a 125 mile run-in period: “The shuddering should diminish during this run-in period before completely smoothing out.”
Might just need to drive more before it goes away.

Just sold my 2021 X5 M50 yesterday after my front differential failed at just 36k miles in November. $11k job. Out of warranty.
Done with the brand for good.
