The 1973 CSL, while not technically a Neue Klasse design, belongs to the New Six era. It does, however, share a massive amount of its design DNA and architecture with the original Neue Klasse coupes. I feel this was peak Neue Klasse design while also bridging right into the next era for BMW with the New Six.
Therefore, I felt that if BMW were smart, they would have played with those design cues and modernized them for the future. But no, instead they went the lazy, safe route when designing the new 3 Series.
Here is my original blend, first one is more modern take, the second is more of a retro take. I used Adobe Photoshop and Nano Banana to make these.

Someone with your inability to handle feelings before opening their mouth (or mashing the keyboard) isn't who I wish to bother with. I already have 2 young kids to raise who exhibit that behavior (which is age appropriate for them).

'Kinda miss' the Chris Bangle days...
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder (as apparently is the AMG 55...) but IMHO the Neue Klasse has real promise and this CSL render shows it. I hope they build something very much like it!
