Im at 40000 km and dealer says im due for a coolant flush, i bought a pre-paid service and was told all fluids are covered as per maintenance schedule, but they also say this one isn't now.

I cant find anywhere that stats coolant needs to be replace at near 40,000 km. Anyone know what is required for coolant flushes ?
