What about charging the dual storage battery on the older models? I use a ctek 5.0 but not sure if it charges it
As far as I now, the dual storage batteries are charged when the starter battery has a full charge.

Is that when driving or by the ctek charger? I assume it’s both

I would say both. Remember though, it uses brake energy regeneration so the battery is only being charged when coasting or braking. The exception would be when it is below a threshold, usually 60% SOC and then the alternator kicks in until it is about 80% SOC.

It is under Car->Driving Information->Energy Flow. The screen is not associated with the Eco Drive mode and is available and active in all drive modes.
