2027 x6 m sport 40i key fob change???? New style??

I just got a 2027 x6 40i with m sport package i recently has a 2024 x6 40i and im fighting back and forth between them with a debate about keyfob. Keyfob on my 2024 was a msport keyfob with a gloss and 3 m sport stripes and now they are saying the 2027 the key fob is standarf x3 looking key. Is this true or did they give wrong key? I posted pics of how the key is . The one with msport red blue stripe was 2024 and the one actual photo is what i have now….. anyone know?

My 2025 X5 came with the new style fob. I’m not sure if it cost cutting or BMW aesthetics but I am not a fan of the new design. The eyelet is so small that attaching a key chain is a real pain.

If you use your phone or watch to unlock the car regularly, you can leave the fob at home I suppose. I got a cover from Amazon nonetheless.
