Yesterday - Vehicle is in garage locked via last walk-away lock. I’m inside my home. I unlocked the vehicle from inside my home using the unlock feature in the app to do whatever. Vehicle unlocks as requested. I go into garage, open only the driver’s door, finish whatever I needed to do and walked away - did not start car, and phone in home. I was expecting that the car would shut down accessories after ~30 seconds, and lock itself, so I went to bed. This morning, I walk into garage, phone on me and I hear the door “click” sound from the M60i. Since I don’t have it set to unlock on approach, I was curious. I walked to vehicle and noticed that doors were locked - accessories off, except for my RL360c. So, they door(s) had to have been unlocked all night! Is this the way it’s designed to operate? Anyone else observed this?

TurtleBoy wroteCorrect! I've noticed this behavior using the app to unlock... Gotta manually lock it via key or app if not near the vehicle with the key.I would assume the doors would stay unlocked given your scenario. If you would have had the key fob on you when you went in after the app unlock then I would have expected it to lock. Since you didn't then I would think it would stay open since you opened it by the app and there was never a lock command given.
Darkmann wroteThat’s only if you unlock the doors and do not open any. Then the doors will lock following that rule . Since you opened a door the rule/setting will no longer work until the next time the doors are all locked. Thanks guys. Your logic makes sense. I thought there’s a function which will lock the doors after a certain time (30s I believe) if no activity is detected. I have that set True, so I was expecting the doors to lock.
