If you haven’t paid it’s easy. Go to a new shop and
they’ll start from scratch. Don’t trust online reviews.
Get forum members recommended shops, or go
see them in person.
If you’ve paid, and he won’t fully reimburse you,
you may need to give him the chance to redo
it all. Be clear you will not accept that work.

First time was a nightmare as well and I got a refund, this was completely for free and was supposed to make up for all the hassle. Which only created more hassle lolAssuming you’ve already paid, options are limited.
