you should def slow down then if you lift and feel that bad the next day, try slower and building up into the pace/weight you want to now, you will actually see better results if you do it the right way over going for the heaviest thing you can lift and struggling..(but im not there so i wouldnt really know, im just basing this off the fact you lifted and cant move the next day)
