BMW of Ann Arbor (Michigan)
After reading some online reviews of several Southeast MI dealers I found that all of them have mixed reviews. Seeinging that all of them are at least an hour from my home I choose Ann Arbor due to the ease of getting there and surrounding businesses (Trader Joes and Whole Foods... We don't have those around us either). I took my wife's 2007 E92 SULEV in for an oil change and an oil leak which there is a thread about.
I couldn't have been happier with my entire experience. They got me in with a loaner and even though they weren't familiar with the SULEV 15yr/150k warranty they covered all of the parts, labor and diagonostic fees without any questions. Derek was my SA and the service manager Mark assisted in getting the authorization from BMW. I have read about the difficulties in getting a SULEV warranty approved but these guys have earned my future business.
