Not Mandarin, only Cantonese... 5 is kinda like "ooh".

Back to the original topic, it is kinda hard to vocalize, but the "ng" part like Nkc said is kinda like straining when you're taking a dump (but if you're pronouncing it fast it might as be a "g"), then "ooh" then "wen" pronounced smoothly and quickly. ngoohwen.
