I'll just throw this out there.
My dealer had me sign the form that you guys have seen previously and my car is sitting at home safe and sound. I plan to detail it and start it and drive it around on the driveway (1 mile long driveway at my house) once a month.
They put me in a 2016 328i base model 4 door (no options) for an unspecified amount of time through enterprise.
There are worse things in life than driving around a 2016 BMW. Good grief guys—be safe and just take the dumb rental and save the mileage on your car.
