If unpairing the mouse does not work, can you borrow another bt device (like a keyboard or headset or something) to try to connect. I would try to eliminate the BT card in the computer as a cause. |
I uninstalled the old mouse and the new one isn't showing as being installed. I just plug the little stub into the USB port and it should install automatically, right?
