Actually as of a year ago it was closer to 87% globally. In the US it's about 54%. For bmw buyers probably more Apple than Android but I don't have the data. Point is well made though that I can't really see a need for controlling the smart devices at home while driving down the road. For me, as an Android user, I too would prefer android support rather than this. Porsche too is also lacking in the Android support area.
