Yea, there is no optimum set up for every condition at this point. I am just glad there is at least something. Pretty sad this is all we got at this point but with many new large wheel SUV's, I hope there will be more tire choices next year. 22"ers are totally screwed. I rather like the look of the M-Sport 20"ers but at this point I opened up the search for my dealer for 21"ers with other must have options I will not compromise on. |
I agree on the tires. 20"s simply look bad in the X5 because it's so massive. Hell, if the 22" wheels had more tire options I'd get those. At least with the 21" set you can choose to run a slightly smarter rear 305/35R21 to get a few more options
