Tire rack has A good selection of 20’s and rims. The price of remounting tires back and forth 6 times for 3 winters will add up and the risk of damaging your wheels is high changing them that many times. Tires are also cheaper than the 21’s so it probably is not more money to get them on rims and gives you more selection. I did Michelin xice 275/40/20 for 1800 from tire rack on decent looking rims.
21” set is 1500 and say 100 everytime you have to swap the tires is 600, so cheaper to get 20’s with rims.
