You should look up your VIN info on the VIN decoder once you are assigned a VIN to see if the remote start is listed as an option on your X5.My X7 just finished production and the remote start is not listed in the specs from the VIN decoder.I looked up the VIN info on another US X7 that just finished production and the remote start is listed as an option on the VIN decoder.I would assume that the feature should be listed on the VIN decoder for a Canadian X5 or X7 if it supposed to be included on the vehicle.
