That's my order. I was dubious about it but the dealership has a second order that has been in the system longer and BMWUSA has not spit the order back out. Here is the portion of the email from the Sales Manger at my dealership (his family are also the original owners of the dealership):
We only have two X5 to order with 3rd row and BMW is at capacity so they will not be giving any more out to other dealers, the other order has been filled.
Our BMW rep was here today as well and let us know that they will have restricted capacity on the 2020 models as well.
