Yes, just go to USAA.com and get the certificate and then when you sign the paperwork you will give it to them. Obviously it would be best to let them know beforehand so they use the correct numbers on the paperwork.
In regards to stackability with BMWCCA, starting with vehicles purchased after July 5, 2018, you were able to use both BMWCCA and USAA.
