Keen observers of this new change may note an individual with a one-year membership, who has been a member for six months already, can buy a three-year membership after December 31, 2019, and become immediately eligible to apply for the rebate.

Hi all,
I just signed up for the 3-year membership with BMW CCA to grandfather myself in for a February/March delivery rebate. Although my receipt is dated 12/28/2019, it states my membership is from 1/1/2020 thru 12/31/2022. Does anyone know if this means then that my membership is part of the new rules that will go into effect 1/1/2020 or does my “receipt date” dictate when I purchased my membership? Hope this makes sense. I’d appreciate some input from anyone who may know!
