When it changes to 150 you're unable to change, until then if you want to modify or add I'd recommend having it done quickly.
For example of your build had certain Individual options like full leather or Priority 1 options - your order is automatically status 150 - for example my extended merino ivory and night blue interior was status 150 on order submit.
